Senior Logistics Specialist

1.Objective of the Position Implement, lead and oversee the national last mile logistics operations for the e-commerce delivery business, ensuring efficient, cost-effective, and high-quality parcel deliveries through a new operative model; third-party REGIONAL logistics vendor (LSPs) across all Mexican states.This position ensures on-time delivery performance , customer satisfaction , and continuous improvement in alignment with company growth, cost savings and las mile delivery service standards.2.Main Strategic Responsibilities3PL Vendor Management- Manage and monitor on field and remote the Regional LSP provider s responsible for national parcel pickup and delivery for regions.
- Ensure full compliance with contractual agreements LSA, SLA and NDA .
Which SLAs and KPIs (on-time delivery SLA=P95, proof of delivery, NDRS ́s & close loops incident resolution, cost efficiency).
