 In this role you will: Execute change management activities aligned with HR Globalization initiatives, supporting effective adoption of the target operating model across impacted stakeholders.

Coordinate communications, stakeholder engagement activities, and structured feedback mechanisms to strengthen change readiness and enable effective cross-functional interactions.

Support assessments of the current state of HR functions and COEs by gathering and analyzing information related to processes, capabilities, volumes, and operational dependencies.

Support the planning and execution of operational transitions, ensuring continuity of service and adherence to established global standards.

Coordinate and support HR operational transitions across geographies, tracking progress, dependencies, and key risks.
