What you will be doing

The Senior Manager, Business Initiatives & Transformation Integration is responsible for stewarding the development of Tangerine’s integration strategy, in addition to other strategic priorities across the organization, including planning and delivery oversight of integration of key initiatives and monitoring organizational performance to ensure alignment. This Senior Manager will support the Program Director of Tangerine’s organizational transformation project “Project Velocity”.

A key aspect of this role is to ensure the effective integration of parallel business initiatives into the broader transformation program, enabling alignment across sequencing, dependencies, and business readiness.
