What You’ll Do

:
  • Partner closely with the Client Service head to drive strategic initiatives and operational priorities

  • Translate leadership vision into actional plans, tracking progress and ensure timely execution

  • Support planning, business reviews and goal setting for the client service organization

  • Prepare executive updates, reports and business insights

  • Monitor performance and service delivery KPIs

  • Manage operational processes, governance routines and leadership cadence

  • Ensure alignment across teams on key initiatives, priorities and delivery timelines

  • Identify trends in client/ organizational behavior, service performance and operational efficiency

  • Provide recommendations for leadership based on analysis
