Responsibilities
- Manage and execute client engagement strategies for Upgrades and Installments by partnering with cross‑functional teams such as Product, Marketing, Campaign Execution, Risk, and Technology to drive growth and deliver value to existing clients.
- Project‑manage initiatives from conception to execution, developing clear workplans, aligning stakeholders on scope and milestones, and ensuring on‑time delivery of high‑quality outputs.
