What You’ll Be Doing

As Senior Manager, Distribution Strategy & Enablement at CIBC Global Asset Management, you will shape and execute key business initiatives across the Advisor Distribution business. You will provide analytical and execution excellence, lead the development and implementation of programs, and collaborate across the enterprise to drive results. Your role includes developing compelling business cases and recommendations, managing projects from inception to delivery, and partnering with multiple teams to ensure alignment with CIBC’s client‑centric philosophy.
