The Senior Manager, Employee Listening is accountable for the development, execution, and continuous evolution of Scotiabank’s global employee listening strategy. Reporting to the Director, Talent Innovation & Insights, this role plays a critical role in elevating how the Bank collects, analyzes, communicates, and acts on employee feedback to inform employee experience initiatives, leadership decision‑making, and business outcomes.
