Senior Financial Reporting Manager

Full‑time, permanent position based in Liberty Village. Hybrid work schedule.

Pay Range

$100,000 to $115,000 per year. Salary may vary with experience, skills, education, and geographic location.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Drive a culture of continuous improvement and excellence by attracting and developing team members; set an expectation that “we own every figure on our financial statements.”
• Create influence and partnerships across the organization and with ELC counterparts to enable integration and transformation initiatives.
• Set goals in accordance with corporate mandates, communicate milestones, and provide regular feedback to a group of direct reports.
