Senior Manager, Growth Marketing (Toronto)

Overview

We are seeking a Senior Manager, International Growth to own and scale customer acquisition across key international markets, including Canada, the UK, and ANZ.

This role is responsible for driving efficient growth through a full‑funnel, performance‑led approach across Paid Search, Paid Social and supporting channels. You will operate as a hands‑on growth leader, combining deep channel expertise with strong cross‑functional partnership across Brand, Product, Analytics, Creative, and Lifecycle. This is not a single‑channel role; you are expected to think and operate as a full‑stack growth owner.

Key Responsibilities

Performance Marketing Ownership

• Own acquisition performance across Paid Search (Google, Microsoft) and Paid Social (Meta, TikTok, emerging platforms)
