Senior Manager, International Tax (Montreal)

Opportunity

We are seeking a Senior Manager to join our International Tax team and own the following responsibilities:

• Provide tax services to clients, including the growing public company division.
• Develop and apply a sound understanding of Canadian and international taxation concepts.
• Propose practical and innovative tax solutions, including preparing and reviewing tax reorganizations and returns.
• Deliver tax consulting activities such as advising on international expansion, inbound expansion into Canada, tax controversy matters, preparing tax memorandums, and researching complex tax matters.
• Participate in business development initiatives and identify new opportunities with existing clients.
• Communicate progress updates and issues with team members on an ongoing basis.
• Train staff and invest in the professional development of the team.
