Desired Candidate Profile

• Education: Graduate / Postgraduate (MBA preferred)

• Experience: Minimum 4–8 years of experience in Life Insurance Sales (Direct Channel preferred)

• Proven experience in team handling and target achievement .

• Strong communication, leadership, and people management skills.
