Senior Manager of U.S. Tax Compliance and Audit Management

Key Responsibilities: • Manage U.S. corporate tax compliance and audits • Prepare tax provisions under ASC 740 guidelines • Assess tax legislation impacts and implement changes • Mentor junior staff and promote team collaboration • Drive initiatives related to transfer pricing and entity structuring
