Overview of Role
Reporting to the Director, Total Rewards, the Senior Manager, Pay Equity & Compensation Governance is accountable for the governance and ongoing compliance of the organization’s pay equity and compensation practices across federal and applicable provincial jurisdictions.
This role provides strategic leadership on pay equity legislation and compensation governance, ensuring compliance while supporting the business strategy and disclosure/reporting requirements.
The Senior Manager acts as the organization’s subject‑matter expert and strategic advisor on pay equity, operating at the intersection of the Pay Equity Committee, Labour Relations, Legal, and Total Rewards.
