**Senior Manager, Payloads — EASA Modifications (UK/EU)**
Join a high-performing team shaping the future of aircraft modifications across Europe. Reporting to the Director Engineering, Commercial Modifications Europe, the Senior Manager, Payloads leads the technical development and delivery of engineering data that drives aircraft-level STCs, minor changes, and repairs under our EASA Part 21 Subpart J Design Organisation Approval.
This is a hands-on leadership role combining strategic direction, technical decision-making, and mentoring of talented engineering teams.
