Overview

We are seeking a strategic leader to oversee Capital Expenditure and MRO procurement across Mexico, the U.S., and Canada. This role drives sourcing strategies aligned with global objectives, ensuring cost-effective, value-driven solutions. Responsibilities include leading a regional team, managing supplier relationships, negotiating contracts, and fostering innovation and digital transformation. The position requires strong cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Operations, and Finance.

Key Qualifications

• 10+ years in procurement, with expertise in Capex and MRO
• Proven leadership in multinational, matrixed environments
• Strong negotiation, financial, and supplier management skills
• Fluent in English and Spanish; CPSM/SPSM preferred
