Senior Manager, Product Management in this position will be redefining Staples.ca customer’s shopping experience by leading and managing transformation in areas of Traffic, Browse and Navigation Experience, Product and Collection pages, Shopping tools and recommendation engine. This role will have a team of Product Managers and access to Developers and QA team to conceptualize and implement solutions, technology and processes to support the vision. This involves working every day with business and technical teams and develop a commercially viable product roadmap. This position primarily focuses on providing product functional and technical guidance, vision for innovative and scalable experience solutions, and continuous monitoring of key performance metrics associated with the portfolio.
