  The Department 
 Reporting to the Executive Manager, Property Design Management, the primary purpose of the job is to manage Membership alterations/additions projects involving  interior design and fitting-out  works, from project inception to handover, to ensure the design and works meet user requirements on scope, schedule, cost, quality, safety and compliance.
 
  The Job 
 You will:
 Support Executive Manager, Property Design Management to provide professional advice to users' enquiries regarding alterations and renovation of existing facilities and development of new facilities to support their business objectives
 Interpret and ascertain users' needs and problems; Study & understand constraints and root-cause of operational issues and problems raised by users; Establish design and performance criteria from user's requirements; Establish the scope and requirements with users for potential projects; C...
