Our premier client, a leading global financial institution, is seeking a highly skilled and strategic Senior Manager, Real Estate Governance to join their Corporate Real Estate (CRE) team. In this role, you will provide critical governance, risk mitigation, and oversight for the organization’s global real estate control and monitoring programs.
Operating within a sophisticated framework, you will act as the departmental Subject Matter Expert (SME), liaising across multiple lines of defense (1B, 2nd, and 3rd lines) to ensure a robust risk posture. This position is ideal for an analytical, proactive leader who excels at translating complex risk concepts into actionable strategies across diverse business areas.

Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid, 3 days in office)
Contract Duration: 12 Months (With strong opportunity for extension)
