Senior Manager, Recycling Operations - Bilingual - New Brunswick - Hybrid

Overview

Reporting to the Managing Director, AT, the Senior Manager, Operations - NB is responsible for the development and establishment of a recycling common collection system and post-collection system in NB under Provincial Extended Producer Responsibility legislation. This will include leading the development and performance requirements, leading tendering processes, and negotiating and managing relationships with key service providers. Additionally, the Senior Manager will oversee NB operations including managing performance, contract compliance, data, audits and troubleshooting day-to-day operational challenges. The Senior Manager will liaise internally including working closely with the National Operations, Communications, Customer Service, Procurement, and Service Provider teams.
