The Role

The Senior Manager is responsible for coordinating the end-to-end preparation, production, and delivery of tax reporting for globally held assets across Prime Brokerage, Scotia Capital Inc., Scotia Wealth Management, iTRADE, Scotia Trust, BNS Custody Services, and BNS Foreign Subsidiaries.

This role ensures all activities comply with applicable regulatory requirements, internal controls, and Bank policies. Acting as a key connector across tax, technology, and business operations, the Senior Project Specialist supports the seamless execution of tax reporting deliverables through strong project management discipline, stakeholder collaboration, and proactive issue resolution.
