What is the opportunity?Lead strategic workplace communication infrastructure initiatives across the United States while supporting RBC's critical communications and technology ecosystem. Oversee 300-400+ monthly tickets spanning structured cabling, IT cabinet services, audio-visual installations, and smart workplace technologies. Drive operational excellence through vendor coordination, process optimization, and capital budget management.This role combines people leadership with strategic infrastructure planning, offering the opportunity to shape how RBC's workplace technology evolves while building and developing a high-performing team across key U.S. markets.While the job is stationed in Toronto, you’ll be part of a wider global team.All services are delivered using 3rd party vendors.What will you do?
