 In this role you will: Partner with the Canadian Banking Cards Engineering VP/Head to shape and monitor strategic priorities, ensuring alignment with CBE/Enterprise objectives.

Support the development of business plans, technology roadmaps sustainability, and performance metrics.

Complete competitive / business environment research and benchmarking to determine emerging issues and trends and analyze the impact / implications of those trends on the Bank's strategic plan.

Gather data and perform financial analyses to diagnose issues

Oversee the Canadian Banking Cards Engineering VP/Head operating cadence: leadership meetings, steering committees, monthly business reviews, risk reviews, stability reviews, approval reviews.

Track execution of strategic initiatives, ensuring deliverables are met and issues are escalated/resolved quickly.
