Senior Manager, Third Party Risk Portfolio & Operational Excellence

We are seeking an experienced Technology Supplier Manager and Third-Party Risk professional to join the Technology & Operations Supplier Management Office (T&O SMO) team. The successful candidate will supervise Technology & Operations (1st Line of Defense) adherence to the Enterprise Third Party Risk Management Policy and Standards, lead the implementation of third‑party risk management programs, and provide expertise in supplier risk management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the T&O exit strategy center of excellence, establishing best practices and frameworks to enable safe and efficient supplier transitions and off‑boarding.
• Operationalize issues management and operational excellence practices within T&O to proactively identify, escalate, and resolve supplier‑related risks and performance gaps.
