Description
AVATR, a premium intelligent electric vehicle brand, is seeking a Head of Retail to join our Europe Overseas Business Development team at our Madrid subsidiary. Together with the team, you will support AVATR’s expansion in the Spanish market across business development, sales, marketing, aftersales, and network operations.
What you will do:
- Sales Strategy Development & Execution: Formulate the overall sales strategy for the Spanish market and monthly sales targets, break them down by region and channel, and drive strategy implementation and goal achievement.
- Sales Team Building & Management: Build and manage the local Spanish sales team; set KPIs and conduct ongoing performance reviews to develop a high-performing sales organization.
- Key Account & Business Development: Lead the development and relationship management of fleet customers and key accounts; expand B2B sales to increase the company’s fleet sales share.
