Description
H.B. Fuller in Monterrey is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead mechanical maintenance activities and ensure maximum equipment availability. This role supervises and mentors maintenance technicians while responding to equipment breakdowns and maintaining safety standards.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and at least 3 years of supervisory experience in industrial maintenance, with expertise in hydraulics and pneumatics.
