**Position Responsibilities:**

+ Manages employees and mid-level managers performing engineering and technical activities in the area of Mechanical & Structural Engineering.
+ Develops and executes integrated organizational plans, policies and procedures and guides the development of business and technical strategies, goals, objectives.
