**Job Purpose and Impact**
The Senior Merchant for Dairy Department will provide solutions and products to customers in dairy and confectionery related industries and contribute to the Dairy Department to achieve the group’s budget.
**Key Accountabilities**
1. 60% Accountable for overall profitable growth for responsible products/accounts, meeting Cargill risk control requirements, under limited supervision and instruction of Department Manager and Director.
+ to source dairy and confectionery related ingredients (e.g. cocoa preparations, dairy preparations, dairy fats, milk powders, cocoa products(for ingredients for premix) and other ingredients which aligned with Dairy department strategies) that meet customers’ requirements / specifications and supply them to the customers effectively to maximize profit of each transaction - to poceed with daily transaction with knowledge of dairy and confectionery related ingredients trade custom/product specifi...
