Position Description

We are looking for a versatile and experienced Microsoft 365 Administrator & EUC Technician to manage, optimize, and secure our organization’s M365 environment while providing hands‑on, on‑site end‑user computing support. This is a dual‑focus role: you will serve as the subject‑matter expert (SME) for all M365 services — ensuring platform reliability, security compliance, and seamless collaboration tools — while also being the go‑to on‑site resource for desktop support, device lifecycle management, and end‑user assistance. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable configuring Conditional Access policies and swapping out a failed hard drive, bridging the gap between cloud administration and day‑to‑day IT operations.
