In this senior position, you will lead the development of fabrication routines while ensuring high standards in device processing and thin-film quality. This includes executing ion implantation, lithography, and integrating new capabilities that contribute to significant breakthroughs in our engineering solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive processes for chip fabrication with precision methods
• Develop high-quality thin film growth techniques
• Engage in device characterization and analysis
• Implement and revise operating procedures as necessary
• Present technical findings to multi-disciplinary teams
Requirements:
• Master’s or Ph.D. degree in applicable fields
• At least five years of hands-on experience in relevant settings
