• Maintenance in Operational Condition (MOC) of WLAN infrastructures (CORP & GUEST)
• Frontline support
• Technical support for users (Incidents, requests, etc.)
• Advise and deployment regarding WiFi solutions
• Audits and benchmarking
• RUN and maintenance of WiFi infrastructures
• Follow-up of WiFi Service and proposal of new solutions based on future needs
• Reporting and technical presentations towards the management
