Senior Nonwoven Engineer  
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Nonwoven Engineer to lead the development, optimization, and expansion of world-class nonwoven manufacturing capabilities in Monterrey, Mexico  
. This strategic technical leadership role will be responsible for site development, process optimization, product innovation, equipment commissioning, chemical application technologies, and continuous improvement initiatives within a growing manufacturing organization  
.
Requiremen  
 ts15+ years of hands-on experience in nonwoven manufacturi ng Expertise in Spunbond, Meltblown, Carded, Spunlace, Needlepunch, Thermal Bonding or similar technologi es Strong background in process optimization, troubleshooting, automation, and manufacturing operatio ns Experience in site setup, commissioning, and production ramp- up Product development and chemical application experien ce Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Polymer Science, Materials Science, Texti...
