Responsibilities
- Lead cross‑functional technical efforts that transition new optoelectronic products from R&D into full‑scale production, ensuring alignment with design intent.
- Manage build readiness by defining prototype requirements, coordinating clear‑to‑build activities, and supporting manufacturing partners through each build phase.
- Oversee production performance, including yield tracking, cost‑reduction planning, and Bill of Materials (BOM) accuracy throughout the product lifecycle.
- Guide failure analysis and troubleshooting activities with internal engineers and contract manufacturers.
- Define and maintain production test and process requirements in partnership with R&D, Operations, and manufacturing teams.
