Senior Oracle EPM Cloud Specialist - RQ
Duration: Until 30 Sep (possibility of extension) 
Location: Hybrid (Downtown Toronto)
Highly specialized Oracle EPM Cloud contractor to support the implementation and optimization of its Workforce Planning (WFP) and headcount planning architecture. The successful candidate will bring deep, hands-on Oracle EPM Cloud expertise and a strong understanding of the pension fund and institutional investment management environment.
Role Deliverables
Oracle EPM Cloud — Workforce Planning Implementation
Design, build, and configure Oracle EPM Cloud Workforce Planning (WFP) module for the client's headcount and compensation planning processes
Develop and implement position-based planning architecture including FTE, headcount, and salary planning dimensions
Author and maintain Groovy calculation rules for driver-based headcount models, compensation escalation logic, and variance calculations
