Senior Painting Process Quality Engineer

Location: Apodaca, Nuevo León, Mexico. Work is on‑site (5 days per week).

• Develop robust and reliable manufacturing processes for powder and liquid painting to support regular operations, NPD programs, and productivity initiatives.
• Ensure that projects meet product, cost, quality, and implementation schedule objectives while mentoring the operations team in all painting operations at the compressors plant (screw & scroll).
• Apply advanced technical skills to achieve process control and capability requirements, while meeting safety requirements.
• Define process parameters and specifications, approval protocols, runoff, and installation requirements for NPDs and capital equipment related to the paint processes.
• Perform advanced problem‑solving using Six Sigma, DOE, A3, nine‑step problem‑solving, and five‑why tools to determine root causes.
