Senior Pega Administrator

The Pega Administrator will be responsible for the administration, maintenance, and support of the Pega platform, ensuring high availability, performance, and security for business-critical applications. This role will work closely with development teams, business stakeholders, and IT teams to ensure seamless integration, optimal platform utilization, and successful delivery of Pega transformation solutions supporting Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer, maintain, and support the Pega BPM platform.
• Install, configure, and upgrade Pega applications to ensure stability and performance.
• Collaborate with development teams to support application deployment and system integration.
• Monitor system health, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions for high availability and security.
• Write and optimize SQL queries for performance tuning and troubleshooting.
