Role Overview
The Senior People Operations Specialist is responsible for delivering expert-level HR support within HR Shared Services, handling complex inquiries and providing high-quality service across a variety of HR processes. The role ensures data accuracy, maintains compliance, and drives continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Employee Support and Issue Resolution: Serve as a subject matter expert on HR policies, processes, and systems; respond to and resolve complex HR inquiries related to employment life cycle transactions; and escalates cases to management as needed.
- HR Data Management and Integrity: Ensure accurate and timely entry of employee data within HRIS and other systems; perform regular audits to maintain data quality, compliance, and consistency across HR Shared Services.
