Molex in South Guadalajara is seeking a Director of Operations to lead a 24-hour high-volume manufacturing plant. This role focuses on driving operational excellence and overseeing all aspects of plant performance including quality, delivery, and cost targets. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of senior leadership experience in manufacturing and a proven track record in managing production processes, quality improvement, and financial performance. Familiarity with Lean and Six Sigma methodologies is a plus.
