Senior Procurement Executive (Aqua/ Feed Manufacturing background)

Responsibilities

• Provide advisory support to procurement teams on compliance requirements before purchasing decisions are made
• Interpret applicable laws, import/export regulations, and industry compliance requirements
• Ensure procurement activities align with local and international trade regulations
• Handle product registration processes and renewal cycles
• Maintain compliance documentation for all regulated products
• Ensure all required approvals, licenses, and certifications are updated and valid
• Develop and maintain a tracking system/database for compliance, registration, and trade documentation
• Ensure data accuracy and traceability of all regulatory records
• Support group-level reporting and escalation of regulatory risks or changes
