The Position

A Senior Procurement Manager in Clinical Research Organizations (CROs) will bring analytical thinking, planning, execution, and a focus to procurement sourcing and delivery. The role sits within the Indirect Procurement Delivery group, covering category management, sourcing, supplier management, contracting, and content strategy.

Responsibilities

• Act as a Category and sourcing subject matter expert in CROs: conduct market and internal analysis, develop strategies, best practices, and tactical plans to source and negotiate third‑party goods and services, maximizing value for Roche.
