Senior Procurement Specialist

JOB PURPOSE:

The Senior Procurement Specialist is responsible for planning, procuring and ensuring on-time delivery for the electronic components, PCBs, mechanical components/assemblies, and manufacturing services required to support Haivision’s global product portfolio. This role plays a critical part in ensuring supply continuity for Haivision’s OEM manufacturing and outsourced EMS/SMT production environments as well for all off the shelf parts

The Senior Procurement Specialist creates requisitions based on planned orders, creates and communicates purchase orders in a timely manner, manages open POs to specific standards/KPIs, and interacts directly with suppliers to manage purchase orders so that material is delivered on-time.
