Senior Product Designer – AI & Data-Driven UX

Applaudo is seeking a Product Designer in Colombia to drive product vision and create intuitive end-to-end product experiences. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with Product Managers and data teams, define UX metrics, and leverage AI tools to enhance design capabilities. Ideal candidates will have 4–6+ years in Product Design, advanced Figma skills, and proficiency in both English and Spanish. You will also mentor designers and advocate for user-centered design across the organization.
