Reporting to the Director, Product and Customer Experience, in this role you will be responsible for leading initiatives focused on defining the product strategy and vision for our new Partner facing tool, Plusgrade Portal, including the product design and development, process improvement and increasing user satisfaction. This involves identifying user needs and business opportunities, taking them through from conception to implementation by collaborating with the partners, business and engineering teams at Plusgrade.
