**Key Responsibilities**:- ** Define Product Vision & Strategy**:Own and articulate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the new customer-facing web platform, aligning it directly with the company's strategic shift to a hybrid business model.
- ** Customer & Market Understanding**:Conduct in-depth research to deeply understand the needs, workflows, and pain points of third-party customers, specifically related to uploading design files, preparing robotic execution plans, and interacting with backend systems.
- ** Requirements Definition**:Translate complex business goals and user needs into clear, detailed, and actionable product requirements and user stories for the development teams.
