Summary The Senior Product Manager, Protection Plans & Electrical is accountable for the commercial performance and lifecycle execution of Enercare’s Plans portfolio (Protection, Maintenance, coverage, chargeables) and Electrical (Generator, Battery/Backup (BESS), EV Chargers/EVSE, EVM/EMS) product offerings. This role translates enterprise product strategy into pricing, offer design, GTM execution, and retention levers, ensuring plans and electrical services drive sustainable growth, margin, and multi-product household penetration. The Senior Product Manager leads a team of three (2 PMs, 1 Analyst) and serves as the primary connector between product strategy and frontline execution.
