Description
The Fulfillment Product team sits within Global Digital and owns the capabilities that power how orders are sourced, promised, and fulfilled across stores, DCs and global regions. This team partners closely with Technology, Operations, Program, Analytics, and external vendors to deliver scalable, resilient omni-channel fulfillment experiences. This role focuses on Omni Fulfillment and Delivery Experiences, owning highly visible and business-critical capabilities across OMS, Sourcing, EDD, and fulfillment execution.
Core Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end product vision, strategy, and a 12–24 month roadmap for omni fulfillment capabilities
- Translate guest and business problems into clear outcomes, priorities, and success metrics
- Lead discovery, MVP definition, and delivery across OMS, sourcing, and EDD flows
