The Senior Product Manager for Protection Plans & Electrical is accountable for the commercial performance and lifecycle execution of Enercare’s Plans portfolio (Protection, Maintenance, coverage, chargeables) and Electrical offerings (Generator, Battery/Backup (BESS), EV Chargers/EVSE, EVM/EMS). This role translates enterprise product strategy into pricing, offer design, GTM execution, and retention levers to drive sustainable growth, margin, and multi‑product household penetration.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of three (2 PMs, 1 Analyst) and serve as the primary connector between product strategy and frontline execution.
• Own P&L; drive performance for Plans and Electrical portfolios, delivering against revenue, margin, and retention targets.
