Senior Product Marketing Manager, Retail Wholesale

We are seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager, Retail Wholesale to champion NuORDER, one of Lightspeed Retail’s product portfolio. In this role you will lead go-to-market strategy, positioning, and adoption efforts across the NuORDER product, working closely with Product, Strategy, Support, and Sales to ensure enhancements to the user experience translate into measurable improvements in product adoption, sales effectiveness, and current client growth.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

Own positioning and messaging for NuORDER and its features

Refine and lead the product/feature launch process, working with GTM Operations and Product Management

Develop a win‑loss/voice of market program to gather customer, sales, and market feedback that informs product and GTM strategy

Monitor the competitor landscape and provide regular updates on positioning
