Description

On behalf of our Defence client, S.i. Systems is searching for a Senior Programmer/Analyst to design, enhance, and migrate an Enterprise Knowledge Management System to modern cloud platforms.
Located and performed on-site in a secure environment in central Ottawa, this contract shall run from November 1st, , until November , with a strong chance of multiple extensions.
Job Tasks:
Collaborate with IT Knowledge Managers and stakeholders to analyze requirements and design secure, user-friendly knowledge management solutions.
Enhance and migrate the current KMS to SharePoint Online and ServiceNow, ensuring seamless integration with other enterprise systems.
Develop and maintain dashboards, usage metrics, and performance monitoring tools to support decision-making.
Create interactive templates, workflows, and forms to streamline content creation and process automation.
