Senior Project Coordinator
Responsibilities
- Set up and maintain project administration systems and processes.
- Complete and manage daily activity reports and project documentation.
- Support the Project Manager and Superintendent with procurement, costing, and estimating (PM leads; you provide support).
- Assist with scheduling and quality control processes.
- Participate in technical reviews, constructability assessments, and conflict identification.
- Prepare and manage technical submittals.
- Coordinate and manage document control including RFIs, submittals, transmittals, and daily reports.
- Maintain strong day-to-day communication with subcontractors, ensuring timely and accurate cost submissions.
- Assist with tracking and managing extra work activities, including documentation and authorization.
