Senior Project Engineer (Quebec)

Marshall Land Systems is seeking a Senior Project Engineer to join our team in Ottawa, ON. Reporting to the Head of Engineering, Projects, the Senior Project Engineer will be responsible for leading and managing engineering projects across Marshall Land Systems Canada. This role will also oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of Systems Engineering Management Plans (SEMPs) to ensure technical excellence, project alignment, and compliance with organizational and contractual requirements.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for the development and delivery of the safe, compliant product, to contracted requirements, schedule and budget.
• Provide project engineering leadership to deliver safe, cost‑effective, compliant solutions, to contracted requirements, team performance, schedule and budget through internal resources and external subcontractors.
